  • Who is the provider?

  • How can this help me?

    When you bank, shop, or browse online, you expose personal information which could make you vulnerable to cybercrime. Norton LifeLock Benefit Plans give you protection against existing and emerging malware threats, including spyware and ransomware, and the service protects against online threats at home or on-the-go.

    They monitor for fraudulent use of your Social Security number, name, address and date of birth in applications for credit and services.1 You will get alerts when a potential threat is detected. And it’s backed by world-class service. Dedicated specialists will work with you to resolve ID theft issues, remove inaccurate accounts and restore your identity from false data.

     

    If you become a victim of identity theft, Norton LifeLock helps protect you with our dedicated restoration specialists and Million Dollar Protection™ Package. This includes reimbursement for stolen funds and coverage for personal expenses, with limits up to $1 million, and up to $1 million coverage for lawyers and experts, if needed, to help resolve your case.2

  • When can I enroll?

    Enroll anytime! Sign up year-round to begin protecting yourself and your family.
  • If I leave Iron Mountain, will I be able to keep my coverage?

    Yes! When you leave or retire from Iron Mountain, you can continue your coverage without interruption, subject to applicable law and the policy’s terms and conditions. Although payroll deduction will no longer be available, you can opt for other payment methods such as direct checking, bank account deduction, or credit card billing.   • What should I do if I think I have been a victim of identity theft?

    Please contact our member services team right away at 800-607-9174. Alternately, through the LifeLock Identity phone app, select ID Restoration and then ID Restoration Service to open a case.
  • What if I already have Identity Protection?

    Not all identity theft protection plans are the same. Many provide basic credit monitoring and scores but lack the ability to help with restoration. Years ago, that may have been enough but not with the sophisticated criminals we face today. If you are a victim of identity theft, having the ability to turn over the problems and have professionals work to fix on your behalf is truly important. In addition to full restoration services, Norton LifeLock Benefit Plans adds extra layers of protection.
  • What if I already have a Norton LifeLock Benefit Plans account?

    If you are an existing member, in most cases we will automatically transition your existing membership to the new Norton LifeLock Benefit Plan through Iron Mountain.

     

    There are some circumstances that may require you to request termination of your current account before the new benefit membership can take effect, for example:

    • Members enrolled in a LifeLock retail plan with family members that they are not enrolling in the benefit offering. We do not auto-terminate members, leaving them without protection.
    • Members enrolled through a third party partner and not billed directly by Norton or LifeLock..
    • Members enrolled through a different LifeLock employee benefit plan, as the primary or dependent member.

     

    In order for you to complete your transition, please call Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions Member Services Team at 800-607-9174 close to your benefit effective date. Please mention to the representative that you would like to cancel your retail plan in order to enroll through Iron Mountain’s benefit program.
