If you are an existing member, in most cases we will automatically transition your existing membership to the new Norton LifeLock Benefit Plan through Iron Mountain.
There are some circumstances that may require you to request termination of your current account before the new benefit membership can take effect, for example:

Please mention to the representative that you would like to cancel your retail plan in order to enroll through Iron Mountain’s benefit program.
